Refund and Return Policy

At Vamistore.in, we want you to have a smooth shopping experience. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

  • Certain products (such as innerwear, personal care, customized items, and clearance sale items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation of account details.

Exchanges

  • We currently offer size or product exchanges only for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

  • If the requested size/product is not available, we will process a refund instead.

Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or an unboxing video as proof.

  • We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Shipping

  • For returns due to incorrect size, preference, or change of mind, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

  • In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong products, Vamistore will bear the return shipping charges.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our support team at support@vamistore.in with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Our team will guide you through the pickup or return process.

  3. Pack the product securely and hand it over to the courier partner.
