Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in original condition, with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

Certain products (such as innerwear, personal care, customized items, and clearance sale items) are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer or store credit after confirmation of account details.
Exchanges

We currently offer size or product exchanges only for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If the requested size/product is not available, we will process a refund instead.
Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures or an unboxing video as proof.

We will arrange a free pickup and send you a replacement or issue a full refund.
Return Shipping

For returns due to incorrect size, preference, or change of mind, the return shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

In cases of defective, damaged, or wrong products, Vamistore will bear the return shipping charges.
